Our Founding Story
Migration Centre of Australia (MCA) was founded on 1 April 2008 by Mr Praveen Goyal, with a simple vision, to provide people with trusted, knowledgeable and personalised guidance as they navigate the complexities of Australian migration.
Before founding MCA, Praveen worked as a lecturer in MBA and Bachelor’s degree programs. His experience in the classroom often led students to ask about his journey into the migration industry. Those conversations reflected something fundamental about his approach, a genuine interest in people, their ambitions, and the paths they hoped to build in Australia. That same passion became the foundation of MCA.
For its first decade, Praveen personally led the business, building MCA into a trusted name in Australian migration services. His focus on technical knowledge, professional integrity and personalised client service established the values that continue to shape MCA today.
A Family Legacy
In 2018, after ten years of leading MCA, Praveen stepped back from the day-to-day management of the business and appointed his son, Mr Abhinav Goyal, as Director.
The transition marked more than a change in leadership. It represented the continuation of a family legacy built on decades of migration knowledge and experience. The expertise developed by Praveen, combined with Abhinav’s leadership and technical approach, has enabled MCA to continue assisting clients with increasingly complex and specialised migration matters.
Continuing the Journey
Today, Migration Centre of Australia remains a single-ownership, family-owned business that is fully Australian owned and operated.
While the migration landscape has evolved significantly since 2008, our commitment has remained consistent, to provide informed, professional and personalised migration guidance, backed by experience and a genuine understanding of the importance of every client’s journey.
